PRISM is not located directly on a bus route. Visit www.metrotransit.org to plan your trip.
Our Food Shelf ensures that children, seniors, and families do not go hungry. Each month more than 700 families visit our Food Shelf.
Our dignified, unique approach offers brief, one-on-one meetings with a case manager where participants discuss and problem-solve challenges, and get connected to additional community resources. Participants then “shop” independently in the Marketplace, choosing personal hygiene items and approximately one week of fresh and packaged groceries that fit their dietary needs and preferences. Items are provided at no cost.
No appointment is needed to visit the Food Shelf. Participants may visit our Food Shelf every 30 days. Participants and members of the community may visit our free shelf, which is stocked with overflow perishables when available, as often as needed.
