It's time to register for Back-to-School Success!

Registration Open July 6, 2021 - August 16, 2021

Even with the unpredictability of how schools will offer learning, children still require a quality backpack and school supplies.

ELIGIBILITY 

 

  • 2021 Back-to-School Success Program registration is now open!!

  • Children should be entering grades K-12
     

  • Children must reside in your home. You must verify children prior to registering (e.g., medical cards, birth certificate, social security card, school record).

  • You must reside in Golden Valley, Robbinsdale, New Hope, Crystal, or Plymouth (east of 494), and show proof of residency (e.g, utility bill, ID).

 

PRISM is not located directly on a bus route. Visit Metro Transit to plan your trip.

REGISTRATION 

 

  • 2021 Back-to-School Success Program registration is now open July 6th - August 16th, or until full.

  • Make sure to give your first name, last name, children's name(s) and grade for each child.
