PRISM EXPRESS
Our local community is full of people who don't drive: senior citizens, disabled individuals, people without cars. Short of spending hours on the bus, many of them have no way to get to medical appointments, nursing home visits or church activities without relying on friends or family.
PRISM Express offers a well-loved service to area residents with reliable, friendly, curb-to-curb transportation, allowing them to continue to enjoy independent living.
Eligibility Requirements
PRISM Express serves residents of Brooklyn Center, Crystal, Golden Valley, New Hope, Robbinsdale, Plymouth East of 494 (view map)
All children under the age of 10 are required to ride with an adult. Children under the age of 10 are free to ride the bus with a paying adult.

Scheduling Rides & New Riders
New riders must register before scheduling. To schedule a ride or register, call PRISM Express at (763) 529-1252. You will need to give the receptionist the following information:
- Your name and address
- Date you want to ride
- Destination Address (including City)
- Time you need to be there (e.g. time of your medical appointment)
- Name of Doctor or Contact Person
Bus schedules are compiled a day in advance. One business day before your scheduled ride, you will
receive a call from PRISM Express and be given a one-hour pick-up window during
which you must be ready to ride. During that
hour, you will receive a phone call from the
dispatcher letting you know that a driver is
8-10 minutes away from your home. At that
time, you should proceed to the pick-up
location so that you are ready when the
driver arrives.
